The Approach
A key challenge was the complexity of the product. The focus was on simplifying the core experience by restructuring navigation, clarifying terminology, and introducing a clean, straightforward onboarding flow to guide users. In parallel, a modern branding system was created to give the company a refreshed and confident visual style.
